Today I did Cathe's ICE Rock 'em Sock 'em + Icy Core 1 workout. It was fun.

Big workout yesterday, Annette. I am guessing your DH also works out if you bought new equipment for the basement? Both my DD's workout daily. One is a diehard Caroline G fan.

Hi Siobhan,

No, the equipment I described is at the gym I teach at. My husband does NOT work out at all. Just me.

Today I did 65 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

It is 68 degrees here so not feeling like Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Nice workout, I like the Rock em Sock em workout.
