Hi lovely ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did 62 minutes on the elliptical machine and then 30 minutes of biceps and triceps then floorwork for abs and glutes.

Wow. big workout today. good for you!

Today I was short on time so did a MH 30 minute workout plus my stretches. I did upper body/body weight moves. It was good.
