Hi ladies,

Yes, I managed an 80 minute circuit at the gym with over an hour in the middle talking to Judy who I haven't seen in a while. I did 3 machines, 2 cable exercises, (talk for over an hour), then did dumbbells for chest, biceps, and shoulders, sled (only 3 plates) for cardio running it and using the strap to pull it, finishing with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and some light dumbbells for triceps and a stretch.

I got the 2nd cake baked last night will glaze them later.

Gotta run been here waaay too long.

Hi girls,

I had to come back to update. Still very sore and feeling like I'm bruised from Mammo. I had to cancel on today's workout, darn it.
