Good Morning Everyone,

I am back at it today. I did a 1hr total body workout with C&E. It was good to workout. We have had a lot of snow non-stop since Saturday (more snow in Ottawa as it's colder and northerly).

snow lover! LOL! Good job getting back into the swing of things with a 1 hour C&E Total Body Workout this
morning.......You started back strong & fierce! By the way, in case you missed it. the 4th Bonus LMR2E
workout, Back, Biceps & Shoulders, is now in OnDemand & in the Blender.

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Back & Biceps Circuit workout" - 26 min.
YT-TreadStrong Fitness- " Short Hills-Big Strength" Treadmill workout - 10 min.

Hi ladies,

Today was Back, Biceps and Forearms plus my own floorwork for abs, legs and glutes, it was 75 minutes.

Back machine using 35 on each side which is an increase.

Then rear delts machine up to 55 pounds

Barbell curls: 40 pounds for 6, 35 for 10 and 30 for 12. Kind of did it backwards and didn't do the number on my sheet of paper.

Machine curls were also done before the barbell curls.

Seated Cable Rowing played around with 2 different handles. Not sure of the weight.

Dumbbell Hammer curls using 17.5, 20's and 25's for 12,10,8 respectively

Wrist curls using 10's

Concentration curls kind of flopped only did like 6 with 1 arm and 8 with the other using a 17.5 pound dumbbell.

Overhead barbell press keeping it high for upper back with 30 pounds on the barbell.

Lying 1 dumbbell over head for upper back.

Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Nice workouts ladies!! Cold here but no snow. Windy too.

you also did floorwork with legs, so they must be doing AOK! Great job!
 
Oh Linda, believe you me, I feel my legs and now my back is chiming in too. I tend to try and work the soreness out but that can come back and bite me. I haven't been up stairs yet and I used the elevator at the gym.

Siobhan, good job on the total body workout with C&E for an hour!! So, how much snow do you have? We had snow Tuesday night but nothing stuck.

How is the new training plan going? Is it working for you?
 
I've been in the office three days straight and too exhausted when I got home. I will be working out tomorrow with some kind of leg workout. I'm still hurting. It comes and goes. Wish it would go for good. Hard to deal with this day after day and I'm tired of gimping around the office and house.

Annette- How are your legs feeling? I bet your feeling it after that killer leg day workout. Take it easy on the legs, maybe some Advil and a hot bath with Epsom salts may help ease things a bit. Double Wow!! Another impressive workout today targeting Back, Biceps and Forearms. Plus floor work for abs, legs, and glutes all together clocking in at 75 Min. I'm so not worthy, awesome job today, listen to your body and rest if that's needed. Have a blessed & restful evening;)

Here's today's workout:

I'm really tired today trying to this all on four hours of sleep and no nap. So I did what I could and trying keep DH motivated to exercise for his diabetes and health. Its been tough for me to do my workouts and walking with him as well. I don't mind it but I just need more rest less fatigue to function, so not good for my MS.

I had planned my own workout but unexpected stuff came up and did just DH's workout walk with him.

I like Leslie Sansone's walking DVDs when I don't feel like doing anything or it's raining outside. Hope your husband is better and kudos to you for being so supportive.
