Daily Check-in Thursday, November 11th, 2021 (Remembrance Day)

Hi Everyone,

Today is a holiday for me (not students or most companies) as I work in the public sector. I did Caroline G's latest giant sets for upper body (45 min) + Cathe's Lite Bootcamp blizzard blast (nice finish). Now, to stretch.

Annette - wow - you must have almost as many workouts on hand as Cathe after all these years

Hi Siobhan and Geoff,

Siobhan, I have 3 binders full, one binder is weighted workouts(circuits and such that require weights), 1 is non weighted so no weights needed and the 3rd one is just my Series workouts that go together all are 3 workouts long (like an upper, a lower and a total body routine).

Today I stayed home and did a 39 minute Full Body Kickboxing Workout with Christa Diablo on YouTube. It was really good. Sitting on the floor was a problem for the cooldown because of my bum issue but I managed.

Not sure what I will do tomorrow with my class. Being injured is no fun lemme tell you.
