Good morning everyone,

First one on the check in today as far as I can see..

Today was PUB and the 2nd Ab section for Amy.

Cardio tomorrow, and I plan on hitting it pretty hard I think.

Today was cardio and I did a 45 minute bike ride. Am drenched in sweat so I'm calling it a success !

Well, despite not being 100% well, I did CTX LL warm up, then did CTX triceps (no push ups) and Biceps then did about 13 min. of taebo with my weighted gloves on. So I did something.

I just finished AOS Providence. I haven't worked out with my kettlebells in months and I am already feeling it :eek: I'm going to be sore tomorrow for sure!
