Today was a mish mash of KCM, first I did 15 min. of the Plateau Buster cardio only premix, then I did Cardio Quick Fix, the 1st workout all of it, and then the Cardio Short premix (10 min. leaving out the final stretch) off of Circuit Burn I think. All in all about 50 min. total of higher impact cardio for me that is. It was good and different.
