Hi ladies,

Today was MMA Boxing and the BBW add on for the rotation this month.

Warming up a bit here, want to see this snow go away!
 
I did 33 min. of free weights plus Jeanette Jenkin's floorwork for abs and legs , then did a Taebo Express workout for a little cardio.

I was back down to my low this morning so I was happy. Now to go further down, LOL!!

Hi everyone,

today I did PUB minus biceps + 20 minutes of Paul Katami's Kettlebell workout.

I just got more kettlebells - I now have 15, 20 and 25 pounds.

I will be buying kb workouts at mary's next big sale. yeah!!!
