Good morning ladies,

Starting things off today gang. Circuit style on the agenda today. I did TLT's Strength for Movement with Jen Carmen for the first time. This set of 4 workouts is definitely different than traditional weights and cardio, it is heavy on functional fitness with interval training. I was pleasantly surprised to find I was working hard and sweating accordingly, getting a good workout in just under an hour.
These are different workouts that I am scratching my head about. I like what I have done so far, but they are far and away as "out of the box" as I have been in my workout trends.

Hi Connie ! Your workout sounds good ! I also did a different one (for me, anyway) and did the 500 Rep. workout from bodyrocktv . It was REALLY intense & done in 30 minutes, so I added on 30 min. of yoga.
No workout yesterday, as DH was off for Veteran's day !

TOMORROWS FRIDAY ! YAYYYY !!

I did 25 min. of taebo with weighted gloves on for my workout. Did it this time with my slippers on so I would have a little more traction on the plywood floor.
