Today I did Hannah Eden from youtube. It was a great workout. I added on my own stretch for 15 minutes.

Today was LITE Stacked Lower Body and some of the abs from one of the add ons.

Today I found another Sidney Cummings workout which was a 30 minute cardio kickboxing, had to modify some of the cardio.

Then I found Jessica Smith and did her cardio interval kickboxing with abs which was about 29 minutes.

Now I have a doctor's appointment, PT hurt yesterday but the massage at the end feels soooo good.
