Blender- "Banding Back- Upper Body # 2" - 23 min.
Blender- "Jump & Cardio Slam" - 20 min.
CrossRope App- "Ropeless Low Impact- Day 7" - 10 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

I worked out yesterday. I did a Boho Beautiful 40 minutes workout - not quite yoga, not quite pilates but my abs hurt today.

Today I did an STS Meso 2 workout for chest/shoulders and triceps for 43 minutes. I added on 2.0 abs for 10 minutes.

Nice longer workout today Linda. I am hoping you are feeling better.

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym and did an 80 minute full body weight workout. Using machines for back and legs, barbell for chest press, and dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps, back, and shoulders and cables also plus floorwork for abs,legs and glutes with a stretch.

I am beat!! I did more exercises for shoulders than anything else.

Now I need to change and go get my squishogram. Joy o joy!
