Hi ladies,
Today I came to the gym and did an 80 minute full body weight workout. Using machines for back and legs, barbell for chest press, and dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps, back, and shoulders and cables also plus floorwork for abs,legs and glutes with a stretch.
I am beat!! I did more exercises for shoulders than anything else.
Now I need to change and go get my squishogram. Joy o joy!
