CatheLive- "Ripped with Reps" - 44 min.
YT-Phoenix Nation- 10 min. Jump Rope & Kettlebells

Hi ladies,

Today was a quick 72 minute gym circuit using the elliptical for the cardio. I did mostly lower body consisting of 5 leg machines, then cables for upper body, and dumbbells, elliptical and floorwork.

Hope to lay in the sun when I get home.
