Hi ladies,

Today I did Cathe's Rock Em Sock Em which is 48 minutes long.

Then I did the Kicks and Punches premix off of KCM 30 minutes to fitness kickboxing. It was 21 minutes.

Then I did 17 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Now I am done. Finally got down to within 2 pounds of my low weight that I achieved 6 months ago.

Hi all

Today was Yvette Cardio Kickboxing, a short walk and a Sydney Cummings Stretch. The Yvette workout was awesome - 68 minutes of kickboxing, waist work and a long yoga stretch afterward.

Ceci I hope you first day back at work wasn't too bad.
