Today I did more Funk Roberts - KB workout for 30 minutes and added on 10 minutes of hiit. Love this Torontonian!

Hi Siobhan,

Today I met one of my ladies at the gym and I reintroduced her to the wonders of weights. Ended up doing 92 minutes of weight work which included dumbbells, machines, cables, floorwork, and the sled. And she added in the circuit machines.

Nice sweaty weight workout.

Gotta go home and do the challenge.
