Good morning...

Last night I did a CatheLive- Mixed Impact Cardio Express - 26 min. (Siobhan, have you done this one yet? It's only 26 min and fun...easy to modify to low impact- it's a fairly recent one)

Today's workouts: (I tuned it back a little, since I did the CatheLive last night)

YT-Live Fitness- 5 min. Upper Body Kettlebell workout
YT-Balanced to the Core- Seated Pilates Upper Body Workout with Toning Balls- 12 min.
IFit- "Lucayan National Park, Lower Body Sculpt Treadmill Walk, Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas"-34 min.

Today I did another STS workout - Meso 2 - but only did segments for back and biceps. I added on a youtube MPL workout cos I can't find it on his website. It's 20 moves in 20 minutes.

Linda - wow - bit workout in the last 12 hours. Good for you! And no, I haven't tried that one yet. I will, for cardio. Thanks for the suggestion.

Great workouts yesterday Nora and Annette. And Annette - 6 years was a long time. I remember some of your comments about teaching, preparing workouts etc.

Regarding today's workout,
I am taking today off since it's my birthday. DH wants to take me out to lunch and maybe a little shopping, we'll see.

Happy Birthday Nora!!!

Today was weight day at the gym, I did 4 leg machines and one giant set with 10 pound dumbbells of seat clean and press into hammers with a twist right into tricep kickbacks , did about 6-8 of these in a row. This was done in the middle of the leg work. Ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a stretch. About 50 minutes. Then I came home and did another UFW- International instructors workout that was 42 minutes and brutal. Dripping sweat everywhere. Only complaint was the camera person kept changing angles and the mirrors in the room made it hard to keep track of which side was just worked. But it was good.

Nice workouts all around. Though after legs I should have taken the elevator at the gym those steps were killer.

Annette, sounds like a brutal workout day at the gym :) and if that wasn’t enough, you came home & did 42 more minutes of UFW! I bet you’ll sleep good tonight!
