Good morning my American Friends,
This morning I did an Afterburn premix which brought me to 25 minutes before cool down which I blew off 'cos I moved onto upper body from Power Hour + abs.
Have a great workout today everyone.
Re: drinking water - I am a huge water drinker - like 80+ fluid ounces a day at least. My struggle is carbs. I have to watch my carb intake. That said, I just baked a bunch of wheat, dairy, egg and sugar free blueberry muffins last night (carbs) which are just so yummy. So yeah, not so focused right now ha ha.
