Hi Annette,

Today I did more Primal Movement Bodyweight (45 minutes). I just love this guy. I might subscribe to his programs for a while. It's very challenging and loosens up my joints.

Hi Siobhan,

Today I went to the gym and did 40 minutes on the elliptical and 40 minutes of weight work including dumbbells, machine, and the cables.

It is always nice to find someone that you just click with and love doing their workouts.
