Good Thursday Morning friends in fitness,

Today I did a very short 30 minute Michelle Briehler heavy weight hiit workout. It was a great combo. I will do my own stretch. I am short on time with my DH away. I walked the dog for 15 minutes this morning (actually walk her 3 or 4 times a day so... there's that too).

Great workouts from you both yesterday, Annette and Nora. Nora - I love your stamina.

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym and did 47 minutes of weight work including barbell but only 2 sets at 75 pounds, then dumbbell work flyes and press, 2 exercises for triceps, shoulders, biceps and the back machine. Floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. 22 minutes on the elliptical and then did one leg machine because it finally became available. So a 69 minute workout.
