Hi Everyone,

Today I did another BJ Gaddour workout from Delta Fit - bootcamp. It was really fun! Two rounds (10 moves) of 20 on 40 off then two rounds of 40 on and 20 off. whoa!

Annette - how's the PT going? things improving?

stretching my hips and glutes (a lot) has helped immensely.

Yes, PT is helping a lot. I can do more weight now, mind you still nothing like I was 2 years ago but still improvement. The knot where the shot was given is almost gone thanks to the massage the therapist is doing.

Today I did KCM TLC boxing combos premix then did the Taebo Express Kicks workout.

44 minutes total of cardio.

I have PT at 2 this afternoon.
