Hi Annette,

Today I did a short Primal Movement workout - 30 minutes for abs and added on 10 minutes of his stretch/mobility workout.

Hi Siobhan,

Today I met Judy at the gym and I did 32 minutes on the elliptical and the 60 minutes of weight work including dumbbells, machines and floorwork. No sled today. It was a good workout.

Nice workout for you too.

Hubby and I are looking to take a vacation the 1st 2 full weeks of June. Whoohoo!!
