YT-Coach Ali- Pumped Arms & Shredded Abs Weight Plate Workout - 19 min.
Hydrow CT #24- 10 min. Row & Weights AMRAP
IFit- Dublin, Ireland Treadmill Walk- 17 min.

A little shorter today, hopefully getting hair trimmed & spruced up later.........:)

Today I did STS Meso 2 for chest/shoulders and tri's - 43 minutes. I stretched in between the rests so I was efficient.

Great workout today Linda. I hope you are pleased with your hair cut.

Hi ladies,

Well, Today was a bust. Couldn't find anything I wanted to do. I sent the doctor a message and he thinks I might have gastroenteritis wants me on a BRAT diet .
Sigh, I am soooo hungry but I don't have anything to eat here at home. The bloat isn't quite so bad but I have only had part of a banana to eat today.

Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Nice workouts ladies. Oh and I am chilled. .
 
Gosh Annette, hope you soon feel better.. I had to google Brat diet. Bananas, rice, applesauce & toast….I like all of those:)

I had dealt with an UTI, then the antibiotic messed with me, my eyes started acting weird a few days ago, I googled side effects of the medicine, and one of the first things I saw was vision changes, so I am hoping that’s what it was, I was done with antibiotic, and each day it’s not bothering me as much, so hopefully that is what it was…and then I did something….again to my left hand/thumb so heat, soaks & support brace for that.
even though I have been doing workouts, I maybe am not putting my all into them.

hope we both feel better.
