Siobhan - Sorry to hear about your puppy. You may want to give her a few tablespoons of canned pumpkin. There is something in the pumpkin that attacks the tummy bacteria and straightens everything out. Good for dogs and cats too. We swear by it...

Today was GS Biceps and Triceps, and I added Core 1 from Xtrain.
I did all the drop set pushups on my toes!!
 
Hi girls,

I did a weight workout off of FitTV plus a few of my own things then did 21 min. of the Fat Blasting Cardio Taebo workout.


Then I laid in the sun for 2 hours... it felt good!!;)
 
Hi everyone,

rest day for me today. I got up to workout but decided to nap on the couch next to the dog instead. Too tired. Yesterday was exhausting. I will be back at it tomorrow.

Conni - funny you should give me this advice - a co-worker suggested the same thing today.

I am glad you both got in workouts. I am jealous. this week has been tough for workouts.

Last night I did a short 10 minute ab segment from exhale core fusion. I was whimpering.
