YT-Coach Ali- "Full Body Compound Weight Plate workout" - 19 min.
CrossRope App- Ropeless Low Impact- Day 4 - 12 min.

Today I did another Cathe Live for 48 minutes - Hiit That Upper Body. It was good!

I just love your intentionality with your workouts Linda. You always have an interesting mix to keep it fresh.

Nora - I hope you are able to get in a workout today!

Hi ladies,

Today was another 83 minute gym circuit consisting of machines for back and shoulders, cables for upper body, dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders then elliptical for cardio ending with leg machines, and row with a twist and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Then a stretch.

Nice workouts ladies,.

Annette- Awesome job with another challenging 83 Min gym circuit utilizing various cool machines, cables, dumbbells. The circuit targeted shoulders, back, chest, biceps, triceps.
Then adding elliptical for cardio. Finally ending with leg machines, and row with a twist. Then takingit to the floor for floorwork for abs, legs and glutes , and much deserved stretch.

Linda - I forgot to acknowledge your comment about your doggo. I know we will all bear any expense for our pets but it does get expensive. I hope your dog is, otherwise, doing well.
