Annette- Awesome job with another challenging 83 Min gym circuit utilizing various cool machines, cables, dumbbells. The circuit targeted shoulders, back, chest, biceps, triceps.
Then adding elliptical for cardio. Finally ending with leg machines, and row with a twist. Then takingit to the floor for floorwork for abs, legs and glutes , and much deserved stretch.
Bravo on that stellar workout, well done!
