Today I did a short 35 minute workout blender of LI cardio moves + pyramid chest/back/lower body moves. I did my own extended stretch.

Hi ladies,

Today I did a Taebo Advance number 11 off of You Tube, I used to have it on VHS . My DVDs are messing up and I don't know why. Anyway it was 59 minutes long.
