Hi Annette,

Today I did a longer workout. I did Cathe's latest live PHA. I think I did this before. It moves quickly so I liked it a lot. I added on 10 minutes of a bodyweight cardio and 10 minutes of an almost no rest biceps workout - both from Funk Roberts. Now, to stretch!

Lame workout yesterday? You did pretty much 45 minutes! I hope you have a tan.

Yes, my tan is coming along nicely.

Well hold onto your hat because today's workout was a doozy.

So I met Judy at the gym, and she wanted to try the elliptical so she did 32 minutes and I did 37 minutes on the elliptical. Then we started on weights, she wanted to do triceps so I showed her every tricep exercise I could think of. She was kind of doing her own thing while I did my own thing, so with dumbbells we covered chest, triceps, biceps, shoulders and back, then we moved to cables and I showed her a tricep exercise with the cables, I did chest with the cables, then we moved to the machines where did the back and shoulders machines and she did some of the circuit machines. We then did floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Then she watched me do the sled. So for me this ended up being a weight workout that was 90 minutes long. Making my grand total 2 hours and 7 minutes.

Her workout was 92 minutes

I am beat.
