Blender- STS 1.0- Total Body TriSets- 33 min.
Blender- Quick Fix Shoulders & Triceps add-on - 10 min.
Hydrow- 10 min. Dynamic Warmup in Norway
Hydrow- 8 min. Rowing in Rio de Janeiro (nor sure Janeiro is spelled correctly)
Hydrow- 5 min. Post-Row Stretch in Italy.
Love your blend of workouts and rowing stuff. Wow, you've been busy this morning with rowing in Rio and then off to Italy to stretch, LOL. Love those passport workouts, they sound so fun and exotic. The blender workouts sound really awesome. Go have an amazing day
