Today I took my youngest son to orientation at Wal-Mart, then I went to the gym and did 47 minutes on the elliptical machine on the Fat Burner program, then I did 20 minutes of weight work including abs . Then I came home and did about 24 minutes of an Yvette Bachman cardio kickboxing workout but it was broken up strangely . So I stopped after 24 min. but still got a good sweat in.

Think I am done now.

We got no snow as we are too far west in state and all the snow was to the east and North of us.

Hi Annette. I hope your son likes the job. Walmart can be a crazy place, I'm sure he'll have some stories to tell. Today I did another of Cathe Live, older classes. Summer 2016 kickoff. It was very similar to Athletic Training (from the Low Impact series) which I LOVE!!

Henriette, I loved "Oh my quads". Cathe knows how to get deep in there and make it burn!

Thank goodness my husband has a plow on his truck. We got a whole bunch of snow. It's quite pretty to look at but difficult to deal with.

Hi ladies,

Tonight I did KCM Split sessions Lower body. Linda you mentioned it uses loops and that made me wonder if I had ever done it and when that was. Ouch! Already the first set of moves with the loop had me cringing with pain. For some crazy reason I decided to add on the bonus floor work which is all with loop. Kelly's loop was definitely not as tight as my mini band.

Yeah, Henriette, that first set with the loop was what I was referring to! Oh my gosh, it got me too! Need a looser
Loop for that one! :)

The new Jillian Michaels is also not very expensive. 15 dollars and is 2 heavy lifting workouts on 1 DVD. I am tempted, but JM is not always my cup of tea. They're good workouts just... I don't know. I prefer Cathe and Kelly.
