Hi ladies,

Mike D. is good, but I don't reach for his workouts that often. Don't know why..

Today was L&G, but I only have the VHS and my machine is dying so I subbed Amy Bento Drop Set Split one ( Legs, Chest, Back and abs).
 
Hi Conni,

No workout for me today. When I got home last night I managed the ab portion only of H/C V. 1 + Lisa Watson Strong Stride Core from Program 1. Her DVD has so much on it but it's hard to know how to use it effectively.

I need to reach for Amy Bento's drop set again. I loved it the first couple of times of using it. I just have a hard time straying from Cathe. My days don't feel complete without a workout with her.

Re: Mike D. His workouts are really good Carmen. They are metabolic so it's hard to put into my routine right now. On his first dvd each workout is 45 minutes but the last 15 minutes are core + cool down and stretch. Also, putting hte two together as one workout - too tough for me.

Great workouts ladies. I just finished ZWOW #52. Good one, but it has jumping and I'm on the second floor of a hotel room, sorry folks underneath.

We leave today. it has been a bit cold and breezy here.
