Hi Annette,

Today I did a mix of Cathe's xtrain burn sets of chest and back + lesmill kickboxing for 15 minutes + 5 minutes of lesmill shoulders - all in all about a 50 minute workout.

It's great you had a few women in your class. I am guessing as vaccines roll out, more and more will return to the gym and classes.

Hi Siobhan,

I am hoping so.

Today I stayed home and did my own Cardio Disco Kickbox Drills which is a circuit and is 55 minutes.

Then I did the 9 Kick Progression trying to figure out which cd works for it. I tried my Freestyle cd which was 53 minutes but it was 3.5 minutes too long. So I will try my 47 minute one the next time.

I am going to be sore tomorrow.

Tomorrow will be a busy day for me:

Teach class 10:30 -11:30
Dentist appointment 12:20 to check a gum spot on the tooth they pulled in December
Hair appointment(perm) 2:00
1st COVID shot 7:30

Not sure when or if grocery shopping will happen.
