Hi gals,

Today I tried my new KCM Total Body Kickbox both workouts. For the first time Kelly's workout has me on a learning curve. At least the first workout will take a few tries, the 2nd workout was good both were sweatfests.

I am now down 27 pounds! !! WHOOOHOOOO!

Henriette, I am a stay at home mom even though my boys are all young men now. I work very part time as a GED instructor 2 evenings a week. And I substitute teach when my schedule allows (which at this time my schedule revolves around youngest son's college classes).

Hi everybody, yesterday I did not manage to check-in, I was too tired. I tried Lift it hit it chest shoulders and triceps but it was a bit too much for me as this week, after completing Sts, I have run out of energy. So I will take it easy the next days and do something not to tough which I like. I will let you know. Today I did another new w/o to me, Ice Bootcamp + blizzard blast. I had to go quite light with the weights but I liked it.
Annette, it is always good to keep our body and mind guessing on the learning curve! And well done with your weight loss. It is such an accomplishment, especially for the " less young"!

Hi Everyone,

Today I did a Turbulence Training workout - 30 minutes + half of a rippedism chest/shoulder workout. I was short on time. Kept waking up last night. I'm amazed I worked out - plus, I have a client after work tonight so wont' be home until 8:30! Oooh the energy.

Great job Annette. You must be so happy. You worked hard for the weight loss.
Sandy - glad you got through STS! Good for you.

Sandy, sounds like your body is is telling you to take a rest week or so. RWH is tough tough!! You could always do some balance training.
Siobhan, I am not familiar with Turbulence Training. Have a nice night.

Today I have major DOMS from yesterday's legs, so did a 12 min core routine from fitnessGlo and it was tough plus some wall yoga just to release my quads etc. I am doing a lot of house chores today as well.
