Today's workouts:

Hydrow CT # 25- 10 min. Rowing & Upper Body EMOM
Blender- FitTower Circuit Sweat Express - 30 min.
STS Ab Circuits- #6- Medicine Ball Abs - 10 min.
 
Hi Everyone,

Today I did a mix of 25 minutes of Michele Biehler's (not sure how I found her) total body workout (cardio workout - wow, loved it) and half of Xtrain for bi's and tri's. I only did half of Michele's workout as I just don't like doing 15 moves all over again - too much dread.

Great workout Linda. We must get up around the same time each morning. I need a good 45 minutes to get moving e.g. feed dog, coffee, pet dog, sometimes I do tarot, intentions etc then I am ready to choose a workout.

Nora and Annette: great job on your workouts yesterday.

Yep, Siobhan, I think we do! I am an early riser, I am also a early to sleep person as well. I guess held over from work days….
sometimes when I post, I maybe have one more short workout to do yet, or I might have done one of “today’s” last night…..it’s just easier to post at one time…Rarely, tho’, do I miss a workout….unless it’s a day off….

great job with your fun workouts today…”dread” factor…. I hear ya’…..that’s why I do so many shorter workouts:)

Annette- Great job on your cardio workout yesterday with:

37 minutes of a 52 minute Clau and Paty Cardio Box routine and a 17 minute Taebo. The first part of the 37 minutes I had on my wrist weights,
I wore my wrist weights for the taebo one. High fives and WTG on your cardio day, awesome:) Have a blessed day;)

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym and did a 65 minute weight workout including barbell,(chest) dumbbells,( chest, triceps, biceps, and shoulders) a machine for back and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. I was able to do 20 pound hammer with a twist which is more than I usually am able to do. So that is an improvement.

Nice workouts ladies!!
