Today I did Cathe's MMA Kickbox cardio only then I went through my new disco circuit workout. Not sure if I am happy with one song, just can't get a move down without repeating too much of the same stuff. The other songs seem to go better.

Ok I think I fixed the problem with the moves for the trouble song. So I should be good for a test run with my class. Whew![emoji28]

Hey everyone! I did a Cathe Live today. The first one stopped after about 10 min into it. Just. Stopped!! Then I got frustrated, then I lost internet, then I had to pee, then I blew my nose, then I had to pick something else to do. It was disgraceful!! But I still managed to break a sweat and get something done! Have a good one people!

today I did my own workout blender of PLB + RWH + STS and cardio segements mixed in. I finished with a youtube upper body challenge - 20, 15, 10, 5. love it! See you all tomorrow
