Hi ladies ,
Today I tried to sleep in but wasn't able to manage as long as I would have liked.
Very sore today, so after changing the sheets and rotating the mattress, I started the boys towels.
Then I did my own Kickbox Intervals 2 workout which was 45 minutes. Then I ate something, switched the laundry around and let it dry for a time.
Then I stopped the dryer (40 minutes later) and put the dog up and went to the gym.
Here I did 30 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs and legs. Then did 45 minutes on the elliptical machine using the music again.
Now I am finished and already feel it.
