Hi Everyone,
Today I did a short workout blender of STS chest/triceps + added on 10 minutes of Rippedism - metabolic moves. I did my own 15 minutes of stretching and yoga moves.

Have a good day today. I think it's warming up?!

Today was a Jessica Smith walking workout and yoga.

Ceci it’s warming up here as well. I am SO excited!

Hi ladies ,

Today I tried to sleep in but wasn't able to manage as long as I would have liked.

Very sore today, so after changing the sheets and rotating the mattress, I started the boys towels.

Then I did my own Kickbox Intervals 2 workout which was 45 minutes. Then I ate something, switched the laundry around and let it dry for a time.

Then I stopped the dryer (40 minutes later) and put the dog up and went to the gym.

Here I did 30 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs and legs. Then did 45 minutes on the elliptical machine using the music again.

Now I am finished and already feel it.
