Good morning everyone,
Today is the last day of work for the week!!! Yeah. Then it's a 4 day weekend because of Easter.
This morning I did Push/Pull until the non-weighted work which was at the 30 minute mark (that is one quick and dirty workout) then I moved onto Delta Fit Supersets. I only managed 15 minutes. That is a strength based tabata workout 20 on 10 off for 4 minutes. Wow.....
What are your plans for Easter everyone?
I will be home - painting - thanks to Conni's inspiration. We will paint out the kids room and do the spare bedroom which is their tv room.
