Today was TF 45 and TF stretch 10, I needed to go crazy with Chalene this morning!

I did 2 Taebo Express workouts today thenwent to the doctor about my knee.

Just got an xray done. Hoping to have an answer for all the pain soon.

Today I did aolih + a short yoga stretch of 25 minutes.

Glad things are improving conni. This cannot be easy.
