LMR2E: Elevated Mobility-Premix: TimeSaver #3- "Anytime Mobility" - 13 min.- So how was this one? It's one I haven't tried yet. Love to hear your impressions & thoughts. Well done to day, awesome job!:)
Nora, this is a good short TimeSaver Mobility workout for 13 min. Basically, it's the warmup & stretch from the Elevated Mobility full workout, put together in the premix.

Hi ladies,

Some how I have hurt my right hand /wrist. It started yesterday with enough pain that I couldn't grip anything or even turn a lid. Making a fist hurts, up and down motion hurts. I mean this is either a very bad case of my carpal tunnel acting up or I have done something to my hand, sigh.

So today I stayed home and did one of my own workouts which was mostly all kicking called 7 Kick Progression. During the weight segments I did some light punching combos to try and balance out the upper body somewhat.

I did an extensive stretch along with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes for waaay too many songs since I did not know how many songs were on this particular CD. I even skipped the last song and the workout was 53 minutes long and I got in more than 3000 steps during the workout.
So I at least got a workout in today.

Oh, Annette, I feel for you, I'm sitting here typing with a wrist/hand support on my right hand right now!
I did something to my right thumb/thumb-base, wrist back around the end of last year and somehow I
keep doing something that gets it aggravated again or something. which apparently I did yesterday and
it can really hurt/cramp sometimes.......(sigh) could be some arthritis too along with carpal. never did go
to see about it, probably should have.

Annette- Sorry to hear about your right hand & wrist. May I suggest icing it, sometimes I have to do that. In spite of that you worked out and it good one with:

YT- 7 Kickbox Progression workout
plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a serious stretch. You are amazing take it easy with your wrist and hand. Maybe try wearing a wrist brace for a few days see if that helps.
You can get them at the drug store. Just makes sure to adjust it looser for at night when sleeping. Take care and God bless;)
