Nora, this is a good short TimeSaver Mobility workout for 13 min. Basically, it's the warmup & stretch from the Elevated Mobility full workout, put together in the premix.LMR2E: Elevated Mobility-Premix: TimeSaver #3- "Anytime Mobility" - 13 min.- So how was this one?
