Blender- "Arms with Cardio Intervals" - 17 min.
Blender- "Mini-Ball Moves" - 14 min.
LMR2E: Elevated Mobility-Premix: TimeSaver #3- "Anytime Mobility" - 13 min.

That's it!

Nora, great workout combo yesterday with Fit Split- Low Impact Cardio/Metabolic Conditioning- Timesaver #3 Just Metabolic Conditioning = 30 Min &
To The Max - Less Impact = 39 Min & Lauren Brooks- Kettlebell Incinerator- The Jolt= 12 Min - Fun Short & sweet workout:) That does sound fun!
 
Hi ladies,

Today I found a new Fitness Kombat mix 58 that was 59 minutes long with light dumbbell work at the end with abs and a nice stretch.

This was full of energy and I started sweating.

I think they are reusing the music mixes with new moves because this was only 8 days old and it wasn't dubbed. But it was very good and fairly easy to follow.
