Good Morning Everyone,

It's Holy Thursday which means........... we have the next 4 days off!

I am still taking it easy. Today I did Rippedism Pipes (biceps/tris) + TTapp. Still don't have my breathing back.

Annette - sorry to read about your sister - I pray she will be fine
Henriette - crochet? nice! I used to be knitter but then life got in the way after my second was born
Sandy - a cold and you still managed a good workout. you are dedicated. We all are!

Sorry missed check-in yesterday. I didn't work out anyway due to cramps etc.
Seems lately I am either working out super late or too early! lol.

Today was a 30 min Petra Kolber/fitnessGlo walk/march and strength with tubing and light weights, the BlizBlast from LowerBB (whoa! it's one tough one!) plus some wall yoga.

Annette, very glad to hear that your sil's surgery went well. Must be an emotional time for your brother/family.

Hi all!

Siobhan - hope your cold doesn't become the flu again. Crocheting is great... I love making things while watching Netflix. Lately I have mainly been making a couple of big afghan/throws... Very time consuming and lots of different pillows. Pinterest is absolutely brilliant for ideas.

Elsie - hope your cramps are better. Is it this bad every month?

Sandy - very impressed by your workouts ... Even without a cold they are impressive.

In NL we unfortunately only get one day off from work for Easter, next Monday, but schools are also closed on Good Friday, so I will be working from home again tomorrow.

During my lunch break today I did Cathes Low Impact Challenge and once again with it being a new to me step workout I got confused. Especially the last combo, but I kept moving sometimes cheating and just alternating knees until I could catch on again. Still burn 473 kcal so it wasn't bad. About 10 min after I was done my 4 new KCM dvds arrived. I think I may have to try TLC tonight. I've really been looking forward to that one.

So perhaps I will be checking in again way later today.

Hi gals,

Sister in law is doing well already barking orders at the nurses and staff...always a good sign.

Today was half (30 minutes) of Taebo Max then I did the Timesaver premix warm up, blizzard blasts and stretch off of Rock'm Sock'm Kickbox.

Now I am meeting a girlfriend to go shoe shopping.

Yeah! I managed to do KCM TLC premix alternating conditioning with boxing before dinner. 48 min that just flew by... Burning 430 kcal. I really enjoyed it. Nothing confusing about it just a good and simple burn. Some of the conditioning exercises which went on for just 1 min non-stop really created a burn sensation!

Yes, they are mostly better. Thanks! 4 out of 5 months, yeah it is bad. I have to have 3 days worth of things prepared usually like meals etc. as the hip tearing makes my legs unworkable and I have to have time off of work.Thing is, this past year I have also has pms in a bad way (soooo exhausted). I was always thankful before that while the period was awful, the pms only lasted for a day or so. Not the case anymore unfortunately.

Great workouts ladies. Enjoy getting some nice shoes for yourself, Annette. :)
