I did 3 exercises for triceps and 2 for biceps and the abs off of Slow and Heavy Triceps and Biceps today for my weight workout. I actually lost the 2 pounds that I had gained recently so I am happy about that.
I have figured out that all my extra weight is going to my midsection, my hubby says it is all stress related. I don't know anymore.
Anyway I was going to do cardio also but I may not.
