Hi Everyone,

Today I did my own RWH with the workout blender. I did 5 sets of 2 chest moves, 2 tricep moves + finishers + back. I did my own stretch.

Ceci - I am very envious of all the lifting you do. I love lifting much more than cardio but after more than 30 years of it, my body has had enough :(.

Today was Awesome Upper Body.

Mother Nature seems to have missed the memo that it's Spring. It's 39 degrees here this morning.

Hi ladies,

Today I headed to the gym for about 50 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs and legs.

Then I did 45 minutes on the elliptical machine.

I am talking to the gym about doing a Cardio kickboxing class once a week. Hoping to start it in April if it goes through.

Rain here and more rain!! We don't need anymore rain!!!☔
