Hi Everyone,

Yesterday I did a 35 minutes SSOD cycle workout + a stretch. Today I did my own WB of Cathe's RWH chest + SS biceps. I added on a 35 minute KB workout with MH and will not do my own stretch etc.

Annette - you are really working it!

Closing my business temporarily just felt like the right thing to do. We all gotta do our part in social distancing. I am now on leave from my day job. Our offices have been shut down and I am on call to work anywhere in the city in the coming weeks e.g. shelters, long term care etc. I am kinda excited to be called out to another division and see how things run - as long as my health is protected, I mean. It's a ghost town in Toronto. Most places are shuttered except for grocery stores, banks, liquor stores (run by the provinces) and gas stations. But all are on reduced hours. I have been following what's happening in the US too. What a time.

I head to Ottawa today to set up my DD in her new house so I won't be working out :(. I will be back at it next week! Stay well my friends in fitness.

Today I came to the gym and did 20 minutes on the stair machine and 45 minutes on the elliptical and 5 minutes of floorwork abs.

I am the oldest woman here these last few days. Somehow I need to grocery shop tomorrow, should be an adventure.

Hi all

Everything is closed here except supermarkets, hospitals etc and restaurants for take out only. Folks are getting laid off like crazy. It’s really scary. I am extremely grateful my husband and I can work remotely
