YT-FawnFit- 15 min. Weighted Vest Walking Workout
That's it for my Thursday.
Dynamic Flexibility & Core" dvd mix- 15 min. - I have not tried this one yet. What are your thoughts on that one? I'd love to hear
Nora, this is my least favorite of all the workouts. If you noticed, my dvd mix was only 15 min. I don't
enjoy the on the floor twisting moves, some I just can't do and alot I just "should not do". Just my preference,
and my body I guess. About the only "core" move I like in the workout is the deadbug.

It might turn out to
be a favorite for you, everybody's different!
