Happy St. Patty's day everyone!

We are having our annual corned beef bash here at work, and trust me, it is delicious. I work with a bunch of fellow foodies who are passionate about good food, and we celebrate quite well!
My contribution was homemade Boston Creme Cupcakes, they aren't green, but I figure there are alot of irish people in Boston, okay?

Today was rest day - I did Jari Extreme Ripped 1000 circuit workout. I like doing this one on my rebounder.
What are you all up to today?

Hi Everyone! Happy St. Patty's Day. I forgot about that.

Today's workout is an intense 4 min workout of blaster push ups and jumper. 5 sec rest, 15 seconds work 12 rounds.

I heard from the Airport. I did not get the job. In the end the lady that got the job has current experience implementing the type of agenda system they are looking to get. She is currently the Director of Public Resources with the county so her leaving may still open up an opportunity for me. I consider myself very blessed to have a job during these times.

I'm lovin' this baby!!! she's so stinkin' cute!!! I'll try to post a pic later.

Have a great Day.

Carmen.

Sorry Carmen about the job but you have a good attitude about it and that helps a lot.

I did 32 min. of Taebo today with my weighted gloves on. No work for me today, hopefully tomorrow I will get a job.

Have a great day!!;)

Dasily Check In, Friday March 18

Happy March Madness!

Yep, the next couple of weeks are all about NCAA basketball and the OSU Buckeyes!!!

Carmen - This one just wasn't meant to happen, but you got a great interview experience to use on your next venture.

Today was Cathe Hiit 30/30 ( I have a temp trade going with this one, first time trying it today), S90 Legs, and Amy's Ab section 2.

Not really thrilling with Cathe's Hiit so far, kind of boring, and all she does is go through the workout, the screen prompts do all the instructing. I am glad this is only a trade, compared to TF Hiit, this is pretty tame.

Hello!

Today was Jackie Warner's Xtreme Time Saver Workout, approx. 34 mins. It's a good workout utilizing compound upper/lower body exercises. High reps, low weights, which is complete opposite of STS Meso 2; mix it up is good, Cathe says...

This is spring break so my workout schedule has been disrupted.

Thanks for the words about Turbo Fire...is it dance-y like Turbo Jam?

Hi everybody! I wasnt sure whether to start a new thread but I see some of you have posted in this one.

Today's bodyrock work out is 10 min of sumo jumps and sumo high knees; then 20 min of jump rope. These shorter workouts have been perfect with all the family visiting I've had over the past weeks. I'm still able to sneak away and get a workout in. Its going to be hard to give up these short workouts next month, I can tell ya that!

Thanks for the encouraging words everyone! I know there is something coming my way that's way better than that Airport job.

Have a great day.

Carmen.

Results: I did 40 sumo jumps with sumo knees and stopped when there was still 1:58 seconds left on the timer. I couldnt do any more. I only jumped for 10 minutes....too boring.

My youngest DS is 25 today! Off to get ready for birthday dinner and pool party.
