Hi gals,

Today I did Reebok Power Blast with Lisa Gaylord, a very old VHS tape. It is a calisthenics type circuit workout with kicks and punches at the end. It is ~50 minutes.

Then I did KCM Kickboxing premix 21.5 minutes long.

Now I have laundry max to do after taking youngest son to the college.

I got to play with my new toys tonight. I love them! I did Gym Style Back, Shoulders and Bi's. Gr8 w/o. Esp love the bi's work.

I did Step Moves on 8 inches. Very high hr!

Yesterday I did the first STS workout in the gym at work. Nobody uses it much, and they have lots of dumbbells and equipment. It felt weird to do a Cathe in public but nobody was in there and I had a lot of room!
 
Hi ladies! Annette you humble me as usual! Henriette...oh how I love new fitness toys. Good for you. Missy, how awesome that you have a gym at work! I'd be working overtime everyday. Today I did BJ Gaddour Metshred extreme disc 1 upper body. The band that came with the set are friggin impossibly strong. I kept switching out for dumbbells. I'll be feeling it tomorrow.

Deadlifts variations. Good workout. I can't wait to try Cathe's latest Live from today, I noticed it's about 35 minutes
