Hi all

This morning was Leg Day Live. I love that the majority of the Live workouts are between 45 and 50 minutes. That's all I need to get a good solid workout in.

Hi Lisa,

Today I really overslept, but I also got inspired to try and do a Kickbox Interval with my Interval 2 music.

So after coming downstairs I got a piece of paper and wrote down what I had been thinking of. Ended up coming up with 10 kickbox intervals and immediately did the workout . It worked great so now I just need to type it up. So that was 61 minutes long.

Rest day for me and tomorrow as our carpeting in the basement is being re-laid. i need carpet in the basement for my gliding discs :) - hubby not impressed. I will be back at it on saturday.

Happy Birthday Annette! 55! wow. you look great and are so fit! yeah.
