Today I really overslept, but I also got inspired to try and do a Kickbox Interval with my Interval 2 music.
So after coming downstairs I got a piece of paper and wrote down what I had been thinking of. Ended up coming up with 10 kickbox intervals and immediately did the workout . It worked great so now I just need to type it up. So that was 61 minutes long.
