Good morning girls, well here we go again, couldn't get on internet yesterday afternoon/evening, but I can
this morning, so.......

Today's workouts:

YT-Rhonda Fitz Fitness- "Upper Body & Cardio" Body Bar workout - 16 min.
CrossRope App- "No Rope: Total Body Strength" - 23 min.
CrossRope App- "RL Jump Rope & Triceps Finisher" - 5 min.

Glad to get it done..........

Nice workout yesterday, Annette, with your YT- 47 min. Body Tech Kombat Fitness workout.

Nora, you had a great workout as well with LMR2E- Elevated Total Body = 50 Min and
Virtual Active- Sydney Cycling workout = 36 Min Those Virtual Active dvd workouts can be used for
any cardio machines.......for instance, I have a Germany Run coming up soon, but I don't run, so it'll
be a Germany "walk" :)

Hi ladies,

Today was a 75 minute gym circuit for shoulders and legs plus my rope pull the sled for cardio and then floorwork and 8 deadlifts at 45 pounds plus a stretch.

I did all dumbbell work for shoulders consisting of Arnold press and seated clean and press at 12.5 and 10 pounds, then shoulder press with 12.5 and 15's, then shrugs with a 25, and side laterals with 12.5 and 10's.

Then I did 3 leg machines: leg curl machine, calf machine, and inner thigh machine then some lying abs, legs and glutes plus a standing lunge holding weights for an indeterminate amount of time out in front of you. This is supposed to work your abs for me it is a balance test as to whether I can hold the lunge for a count of 30 on each side.

Then I did a stretch.

LMRE2- Barre Bootcamp = 44 Min - I surprised myself with this one, I liked it. It's tough than you'd expect, but a good one. Another winner on Cathe's LMRE2 Series:)

Rockout Knockout - Timesaver #2- Cardio w/gloves & Heavy Bag= 37 Min
STS 2 - Abs/Core workouts- Standing Abs = 11 Min
