Hi Everyone,

Today I did a 35 minute lower body MH workout. It was good! Things are ramping up here in Canada. I am anticipating some possible shut downs for universities and schools due to the coronavirus. We shall see....

rest day yesterday ladies.

Hi all

Today was Metabolic Meltdown and yoga.

Ceci my husband is fully remote for the foreseeable future. They are trying to limit the numbers going in and out of NYC.

Hi ladies,

My hubby's job is planning what to do should the army close down the base he works on.

Today I did 62 minutes on the elliptical and 17 minutes of lower body leg press machine, calf machine and floorwork for abs,legs and glutes.
