Good morning everyone,

I almost checked in yesterday! It was a rest day so I did a short Cassey Ho 20 minutes Pilates segment from her latest.

Today I did KB Dasha Libin Killer Drills + Hoco Body Blast - 20 minutes + Trim Tighten and Tone Pilates segment - 20 minutes. Long workout but I have the next two days off from work. I am heading to Ottawa for a funeral. I'll be back tomorrow night.

Hi gals,

Today was the Cardio Conditioning premix off of KPC...yes I did a Cathe.

Oh and I was holding 2 pound walking weights (2 pounds each hand) and for once my arms weren't killing me at the end so that is improvement for me, Yay!!
