Hi Annette,

I took a rest day today. I read for 30 minutes this morning then did my kegel exercises for a bit. It seems I have a bit of a prolapsed bladder and it's interfering with me being able to do cardio and weights - ugh. I hope this is fixable. I am in physiotherapy right now for it.

enjoy your workout today. and yes, it's getting warmer. I've been doing for midday walks with my dog.

Hi Siobhan,

I have the beginnings of a prolapse uterus but the doctor said that as we age the uterus will shrivel up and go back up inside. Isn't that a pleasant picture, NOT!! LOL! Did you have big babies? My mom had a dropped bladder that was tacked up at least 2 times maybe more.

Today I stayed home and found a workout by Christine Dorner on YouTube. I did 27 minutes of the 40 minute workout it was good but the burpees, push ups and planks were to much so I stopped. She is found at CDORNERFITNESS.COM.

After that I did the 32 minute Get Amped Taebo Workout.

Now I am finished.
